Shipping Information

Shipping rates & timeframes

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking information. I typically use USPS or UPS to ship. Different carriers may be used at my discretion to meet any further shipping requirements.

All final shipping costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Processing Times

All orders are subject to be processed in a timely manner that is separate and apart from the time that it takes for delivery to reach it's final destination once it has been dropped off at any postal services. Depending on a number of variants, standard domestic orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to process.

Delivery Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered & that you receive your items within the time frame I advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered & included all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential for ensuring a timely delivery. I am not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments in result of incorrectly information at the time of purchase.

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery date to qualify for store credit or reship (at the cost of the purchaser). Kotico Collections does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as "delivered" by the carriers and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If this is the case, you will need to contact the carrier to file any further claims directly through them.
